Egg-Cellent News: Brunch Is the New Breakfast!

Hello Friends,

First off, I slightly changed the newsletter to look more like a newspaper. This isn't really important, I just liked the feel of it and thought I would share.

Second, I am starting my "Quest for the Best" 101 griddle recipes. I have decided that though I am proud of my ebook Griddle 101, I don't think it's the 101 best recipes available. So I am going to focus on trying as many recipes as I can, and document them in this newsletter. If you have any recipes you like or think I should try, please feel free to share them with me. And if you already purchased the ebook I will be sending out updated versions as I add more recipes.

I did a brunch recently for some friends who came over and brought their two boys to play with our son Liam. It turned out well, and I documented the whole thing to share. Below is the recipe and the video which was released today.
