My wife and I welcomed our second son, my oldest turned five, and somewhere in between all that, I spent a lot of time cooking on the griddle. Today’s video is me sharing the five best things I made on the griddle in 2025. These aren’t fancy recipes. They’re pretty simple, but they really take advantage of the space a griddle gives you. They’re the kind of meals I actually make for my family, and the ones we kept coming back to. In the video, I walk through each one and explain why it earned a spot in my top five.
