Griddle 101: Taco Bell Crunchwrap

Crunchwrap!!

Hello friends,

Back in college, one of the only places open at 2 AM after I finished “studying” was Taco Bell. I’d usually grab four chili cheese burritos because they were a dollar and, well, I was broke. But if I was feeling frisky and had a few extra bucks, I’d go for the Cadillac of Taco Bell meals—the Crunch Wrap.

Now I make them on the griddle, and they’re just a lot of fun to put together. Super easy too.

All you need is some seasoned beef, tortillas, tostadas, and the usual fixings—nacho cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato. Then a quick toast on the griddle for that perfect crunch.

I put together a video below walking through the whole process.

I'm still really enjoying this oil spritzer/pourer. It’s inexpensive and definitely worth grabbing on Amazon. (Affiliate link—if you use it, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.)
