New Griddle Top 10

Hello Friends,

I’ve just updated my top 10 griddle recipes—adding two new ones and taking out two others. I’ve talked about most of these before, and hopefully, you’ve already tried them all. If not, I can’t encourage you enough to give them a shot. These are the recipes I actually make on the griddle all the time for my family. No internet trends, no gimmicks meant to go viral—just real recipes for real people.

I’ve linked all of them below on my site, but I wanted to take a moment to focus on one that recently moved into the top 10: Tacos Dorados.

This recipe is really easy. You start by browning beef and onions, then add taco seasoning and cheese to make ground beef tacos. The magic happens when you put some oil back on the griddle and fry the tacos in it. The result? Freshly fried, beefy, cheesy tacos that are so good—and so easy to make.

I love this recipe because it’s simple enough for anyone to make, but it also uses the full space of your griddle. You can make 12 or 16 tacos very quickly. Plus, because you’re shallow frying the tacos outside on the griddle, it keeps the grease out of your house.

That’s why it made my top 10—not because it’s fancy or flashy, but because it’s a ground beef taco done right. It just makes sense to cook this on the griddle, and it makes your regular ground beef tacos even better.
