I really enjoyed this buffalo chicken sandwich on the griddle. Honestly, I like just about any buffalo chicken sandwich, but what made this one better was how simple it was.

All I did was throw the chicken in a bag and dump in a can of pickled jalapeños for the marinade. That’s it. Super easy.

OH and try this blue cheese dipping sauce, if you already have the ebook it's in there for the bacon blue cheese burger. But it went great on this sandwich as well.

  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 Tbsp sour cream
  • 1/4 Cup of blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tsp fresh diced garlic
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt & pepper
