I just dropped a new video featuring three incredible regional burgers on the griddle. Here’s the breakdown:
Juicy Lucy (Minnesota Classic): A cheese-stuffed burger that’s fun to make but can get messy. The caramelized onions were the highlight, but overall, I’d rather just do a smash burger and pile them on top.
Hawaiian Burger (Winner! 🌺): Marinated in Japanese barbecue sauce, topped with grilled pineapple, provolone cheese, and a killer homemade sauce. This one is absolutely going in my Griddle 101 eBook! It's also available on my website here!
Wisconsin Butter Burger: A rich and indulgent burger with stewed onions and a big pat of butter on top. Delicious, but maybe too much butter for me to put in the eBook.
